      Can you ship every item?

      No, shipping varies by item. Every item will list pick up only or shipping/delivery option available. 

      If I purchase an item online is it always available?

      Consignment only usually carries one of each item and the item may sell in the store before we can remove it from the site. We reserve the right to cancel the order and refund your money, if this happens we will, however contact you to let you know.

      Shipment & Delivery Standards  

      The following are estimations for business days once the shipping service has possession of the order. There may be extenuating circumstances or delays (including due to weather) that are outside of our control that may delay your shipment. These are not a guarantee of arrival date.
      We do our best to get each order out the same business day (if ordered before 12pm EST). All other orders will be shipped out the following business day. 
      USPS First Class Mail 1-5 business days. 
      USPS Priority Mail 1-4 business days. 
      USPS Express Priority 1-2 business days. 
      International USPS 1-4 weeks. 
      UPS Ground 1-5 business days.

      May I order an item online and pick up in the store? 

      Yes.
      We ask that if you choose store pickup please collect your items within 48hrs after purchase.

      Return Policy

      Items purchased online are non-refundable. 
      Items purchased in store have a 48hr return window after purchase.

       

      (We make a conscious effort display the accuracy of our products through photographs. Due to the nature of consignment some items may present imperfections. There is a strict no return policy.)

      Errors 

      We make a conscious effort to ensure the accuracy of our prices and listed information. However, online listing mistakes and errors may occur. Lulu's Consignment Boutique reserves the right to make corrections. In the event you have purchased an item based on misinformation, Lulu's Consignment Boutique reserves the right to cancel the transaction with no further liability on its part.
