If you are interested in consigning your furniture pieces please email email@example.com for approval and to set up a drop off time/date.
Furniture must be sales floor ready. This means in great condition and super clean! If we arrive and the items are not impeccably clean and ready or misrepresented in a photo or description you will be responsible for a $40 trip fee.
We do not guarantee how quickly your items will be on the sales floor after our pick up, this varies depending on our space and customer demands for certain things. If we have the same or similar items we may put it in our storage, if it is determined it is not cleaned to our standards or needs a repair we didn't notice during the pick up it will go to our storage area until such time we can deal with it.
We offer complimentary furniture pick up appointments for multiple, larger items (within 30 minute driving distance from store location) with PRIOR approval. This can be requested by emailing photos and requesting a review for pick up at firstname.lastname@example.org Our team must be given a minimum of a week's time frame for this complimentary service.
Please include your name, your phone number, and descriptions of the items you wish to consign.
What merchandise will be accepted and how it will be priced is determined at our sole discretion.
Common reasons furniture is not accepted:
- Stains/pet hair
- item does not sell well with our customer base
